Pay-By-Link Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Payment Link sent to the email address provided by you ("Agreement") and is by and between the business entity CPI Hotels, a.s. (referred to herein as "Hotel", "we", "us", or "our") and you (hereinafter referred to as "you"). By entering your payment details and submitting payment through the Payment Link, you have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below, and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this Agreement. If you do not agree to each of these terms and conditions, please do not enter your information in the Payment Link and leave the site immediately.
The Payment Link is issued by Hotel via third party, business entity Adyen N.V., and is only valid for stays, services or products specified in the email, which we sent to you and which contains the Payment Link (hereinafter referred to as "email"). The Payment Link cannot be used for any stays, services or products other than those specified in the email. The Payment Link expires on the date shown. No additional fees in connection with the payment apply.
Your credit card will be charged immediately for the total amount indicated in the Payment Link, in the currency shown, which includes applicable sales, occupancy or other taxes, unless otherwise indicated in the email (in some cases the amount may not include, for example, local tax). You agree that your liability for payment is not waived and agree to be held personally liable for any charges not paid by you, or an indicated person, company, or association. The amount shown in the Payment Link does not include any additional fees or non-room charges that you may incur during your stay in addition to the contracted for room rate plus applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated in the email.
Policies regarding changes to Advance Purchase/Non-Refundable reservations may vary. No refunds or credits will be made for any changes, cancellation or non-arrival for any reason within the period of time specified by the Hotel at the time of booking. Charges cannot be applied to other stays, services or products. No prices or hotel availability are guaranteed until full payment is received. Even after full payment has been received, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraudulent or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation.
We may cancel your reservation if invalid credit card information is provided or if credit card is declined. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Hotel is located and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. This means that you or we may also elect to bring a legal action in another country if this is accepted by its courts. If you are a consumer in the EU such a court is likely to be your country of residence. The above law will still apply subject to any mandatory local law applicable in your country. Applicable mandatory law may apply to these terms and such law may be subject to change. Where such mandatory law provides more beneficial terms to you such terms shall take precedence. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization, but this will not affect your rights.
